What we Want We’re seeking a Customer Support Hustler – someone with great people skills, patience, and entrepreneurial ambition. Over 10,000,000 people have participated in our polls. Ever had to use a clicker voting device? We’re killing that market. You should be comfortable working with clients ranging from Google to the Black Eyed Peas, from Disney to a K12 school district in Maine. You will be an integral part of our customer team and get the chance to dip your toes in the world of sales and account management. This is a terrific role for someone who wants to join a start up and get into customer facing roles. The ideal candidate is a quick learner that is capable of multi-tasking, likes working with people, wants to grow professionally, and is intellectually curious.
Let’s talk about you You genuinely enjoy making customers happy and like solving people’s problems. It’s just part of your nature. You’re also comfortable with technology, really dig it, and take pride in helping people use it. You also have a bachelors degree or can tell us a good story about what you did instead. You also have a boundless supply of ideas. We rely on Customer Support to not just fix the caller's issue, but to identify things we can build to make their life so easy that they don't even have to call. Your enthusiasm will ultimately make us a better company.
About the role
Answer the phones when our users call. Help them. However. You. Can.
Respond to emails from our users with a blend of patience, wit, and crystal clear communication.
Collect unique stories of how people use our product so we can create cool marketing material.
Notice ways to make your job easier and our customers' lives happier, whether it be a revised FAQ or a new product feature. Then be an effective, compelling advocate and make a case for it. Our software developers work for you when you’re compelling.
Provide sales support through demos, negotiation, and account management to make sure deals get closed!
Manage valuable accounts to make sure our happy customers stay happy customers.
Education and experience
