A co-founder of Yammer, the workplace-chat service Microsoft purchased two years ago for $1.2 billion, is leaving the software company. David Sacks had been an outspoken advocate for new tools to make workers more collaborative and efficient. Since the Microsoft acquisition, however, the market has cooled off for Yammer and its competitors.
