We're looking for a super organized and thorough person to lead our QA & build testing at Cratejoy. Thus far it's been a full team effort, assisted by some automation - but it's definitely a full time job at this point!

One of our core advantages is our ability to move very fast and build new software quickly. We can't do this if we don't have a stable base, so this job is one of the most important ones in the company!

It's a challenging platform to test because people build software on top of our platform, which means that the potential combinations of situations is infinite! We have a large very talented engineering team who are eager to help you, though.

The right person for this role is organized and methodical in their approach. You should be able to help us build and modify our procedures to ensure high quality testing gets done. Ideally you would be involved in the feature design stages too so that testing can be thought of from the very beginning. You should be the sort of person that will thrive in a startup environment, able to handle the controlled chaos of a post series-A startup :)
