The Frontend Developer Position

Our frontend developers craft delightful experiences that make the process of purchasing Soylent and connecting with the community a joy. Along the way, we're creating a collaborative environment that supports designers in doing great work together. Our multidisciplinary team works together to craft simple and elegant designs across every aspect of our product and brand. Frontend developers act as the interface between many disciplines - UX designers, software engineers, and marketing to name a few. You'll work closely with UX Design Research and learn to inform and improve design recommendations.

Responsibilities - Designing and developing frontend software for web and mobile platforms - Working closely with a UX designers and backend engineers to create UI for customer facing web and mobile applications - Improving user experiences by improving software speed and performance - Developing and implementing an SEO strategy - Creating a modular and maintainable frontend codebase

Skills - Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS - Experience creating and maintaining products with real-world users.
