SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) - Yahoo Inc.'s Chief Operating Officer Henrique de Castro is leaving the company effective Thursday, the Web portal said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday. No reason was given for the departure. Yahoo said De Castro will "receive the severance benefits provided for in his employment letter." Yahoo shares were down a fraction after hours.
