Landscape & Perception is the RCA-based project that is carrying out a forensic audio-visual mapping of prehistoric landscapes in an effort to return to primary, 'Stone Age' sensory perceptions of the environment. It aims to act as an adjunct to archaeological study by investigating the acoustic properties of these landscapes. The current activity is an examination of the Mynydd Preseli upland in southwest Wales, the original home of the Stonehenge bluestones.
