Kamcord has raised over $25M in funding and is growing like crazy! We’re building a social network centered around gameplay videos for the world’s 1 billion mobile gamers. Using the world’s first mobile gameplay recording and sharing technology, we reach hundreds of millions of mobile devices a month. We have a service-oriented architecture on the backend and have a number of independent, highly scalable services to do everything from analytics to video search to on-demand encoding to real-time chat to notifications.

As the lead engineer on the backend team, you'll have a huge impact on how we build and scale Kamcord. We're looking for someone who would be a great engineering manager but is also well-equipped to write lots of code in the short-term (6-12 months). You should have built services that are used by millions of users and have strong instincts on how to architect simple and scalable backend systems.
