THE ROLE: You are responsible for building a complex infrastructure including Web, VoIP technologies and multiple datacenters around the world. You are managing deployment in production in collaboration with QA and Dev team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Look into day to day operational issues in our unique multi datacenters and hybrid infrastructure (cloud and dedicated servers). Build our new infrastructrure using the last technologies in the industry (containers, orchestration, service discovery, ...)

Update configuration and deploy new releases in production. Setup metrics, graphs and monitoring to supervise in real time our infrastructure. (including Voice service, SMS service, API service, databases, NoSQL, HTTP frontend/backend, ...). Work closely with QA and Dev team to guarantee uptime and quality of service. Write procedures and documentation. Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent understanding of Linux (command line tools, shell, configuration, firewall). 2 years minimum experience with managing servers in production with AWS and dedicated hosting Good knowledge of shell scripting Good knowledge of monitoring software : Nagios, Sensu and/or Shinken, ... Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL : Postgresql, MySQL, redis, elasticsearch, ... Knowledge of deployment software : Salt, Ansible, Chef Knowledge of one programming language : Python, Ruby, Go, ... Versioning : git Web : nginx, loadbalancer (HAProxy), ...
