Cratejoy is looking for a Support Engineer to help our merchants succeed. You'll be helping solve the types of problems that require an engineer to get involved.

Questions or problems that are escalated from front tier support frequently require someone who has a technical mind to step in and understand exactly what is going on. Sometimes the answer is to propose a work-around that helps the merchant accomplish their goals. Sometimes it's actually fixing a bug of some sort, if necessary.

There is a path from the Support Engineer role to a Software Engineer career at Cratejoy, this is a great first step! High potential graduates from programming boot camps may fit well in this role.
