You're obsessed with all things web design. You're looking to join a high growth, venture funded startup that actually makes a huge difference in people's lives. You want to work with a diverse creative team made of visual designers, UI/UX designers, Front-end engineers and full stack engineers. You're one part visual designer, two parts web developer and you have a portfolio to prove it. You like people and are comfortable working directly with clients, occasionally telling them no - but always trying to give them something fantastic. You're able to manage a variety of projects at once, not getting flustered when switching between contexts. You're fun to work with and haven't had your soul crushed by some working at crappy big companies - you want to move fast and make a difference.

On top of that we've got the only subscription commerce marketplace for consumers to find and buy subscription boxes and gifts. The things we build make a huge difference to people's lives.
