You've tried things and you know what works well and what doesn't. You use data as well as experience to guide your decisions, but you make decisions quickly. You change them just as quickly when new evidence presents itself. You're a leader who can organize groups of individuals towards a common goal - but you also get in there and do the things yourself. Writing blog posts and tweeting are NOT beneath you. You are comfortable saving money while we test channels, but are ready to blow a channel open with huge spends when you find one that works well.

On top of that we've got the only subscription commerce marketplace for consumers to find and buy subscription boxes and gifts. The things we build make a huge difference to people's lives. We're about 20 people, mostly engineers and product people. We've been growing at a ridiculous clip on a mostly unmanaged marketing strategy but are now looking to accelerate that growth. We're past the initial traction (into the millions of ARR) phase of a SaaS company and now we need to formalize our growth strategy. The product and operations team are finally ready to have the firehose turned on. We're well funded and you'll have a world class product and team behind you.
