Our marketplace matches employers with job applicants who have been pre-screened through a video interview and work sample. Employers pay for access to our platform and our database of job seekers.We're looking for a sales associate to join our team. Here's what you'll do Cold call: Call hundreds of leads to tell them about HireArt Lead generation: Drive lead generation efforts to help us reach out to prospects via email and phone Warm leads: Talk to warm leads who have expressed interest in HireArt but want more information. Measure and analyze effectiveness of different sales channels and lead sources Improve organizational processes and systems (e.g. CRM, outreach, etc) Bring feedback from sales calls back to the team to improve the product Be responsible for a weekly sales quota
